Does God Exist?

The conflict over the existence of God has been an ongoing issue since many decades. These disputes almost seem to be inexorable.

Atheists say that God is just a non-living idol for which thousands worship. It’s a character which is considered as a sacred idol, moreover it is said to be alive many years back. This was Atheists view, now we will see through the perspective of a true devotee of God- A simple and untiring housewife, Aparna Deshmukh, who has belief and faith in God.

“God is a creator of universe. It is the holy spirit and through the agency of god Lord Shiva created everything that exists”’ she said. She also says that, she believes that God exists in different forms. It is said that there is only one God and known by different names in different forms in various countries. She further adds, God is present everywhere, though we are unable to see him. There is no compulsion in being a devotee of God, but in a country like India where culture is considered as an important factor, godliness prevails over atheism.

In today’s world she says, there are major clashes taking place between different religions, it is because of the misunderstanding among them. The superiority they think they have is the main element of such clashes. Every religion considers the form of god they worship is superior over other forms. Lastly, she concludes by saying that, Humanity is something which needs to work hand-in-hand with religion. God promotes Humanity, peace and unity, there is no God nor any religion who opposes it.  Therefore, if the devotion is true, then all religious as well as atheists can live in one society with peace and harmony.
